The Static Architect is a musical artist floating between analog and digital worlds. He creates music that falls somewhere in between the gritty edge of indie rock, and the heavy soundscapes of industrial and cyberpunk.
THE STATIC ARCHITECT is a music project with a diverse range of influences. Ranging from rock, to industrial soundscapes, noise, and more.
The project is all about blending angular guitar textures with various electronic elements, achieving a gritty, mercurial and hard-to-define sound that blurs the lines between various styles. The Static Architect construct itself is an entity that floats in between the analog and digital domains, with no certainly as to where it actually belongs. When words struggle to offer up a precise definition, the music glitches through, speaking loud and clear. On releases such as “Disarray,” a 2017 full-length album, The Static Architect set out to weave massive emotional landscapes with a cyberpunk flair. The project’s most recent singles, “In A Deeper Hole” and the upcoming “Bullet” (produced by Ade Fenton and mixed by Nathan Boddy, known for their work with Gary Numan and countless other seminal acts), take The Static Architect’s concept to new creative heights.
